Can I play one last game with a torn ACL?

I am 17 years ol and a senior. I have been playing rugby throughout high school and am now a captain of the team. I tore my ACL in the first game of the season and i didnt know so i played another game. I didnt get my MRI results till after the second game and to everyones surprise, it was completely torn. I honestly dont think its torn all the way because i can run, jump, takle, and juke still. My team has made it to the state championships and the competition is great. The coaches and the team would like me back and id do anything to play in the last game of my senior year. I was wondering since i played a game earlier in the season and ended up just fine, then should i play in the State Championships( The last game of my rugby career )?
