Whats wrong with my pc?! CoD 2 problem!!?

When l play cod2 something happens,whatever it is,and there are two side black margins which cut a bit of the screen so l play with a smaller screen..I hope you understand what l said..I mean there are two side margins so l cant see the whole screen! What should l do?
