What is the typical difference in 0-60 time between an automatic and manual transmission version of a vehicle?
There is no "typical" difference. It really depends on each vehicle and the differences between the transmissions. Some vehicles will have the same number of gears between the stick and auto versions while others will have 1 or even 2 more gears for the manual version compared to the automatic. The gear ratios for each gear also play a big part for a vehicle's acceleration times. If the ratios are geared toward economy, the vehicle will be slower but if the ratios are higher, the performance will improve.
