Okay so I'm 17 year old male and I'm mostly a runner I run fast and can juke..I want to kind of get cut and be like Cristiano Ronaldo cuz he's fast and has body..thinking about drinking protien shakes but if I do I'm afraid that I'm going to be slower in speed and don't want that..so i don't know if I should take protien shakes and if so idk which one i should take????
