How do you putt a header/footer on the dataviz docstogo app for android?

i am looking to get an android tablet for my b-day instead of a laptop, the only issue is that i would have to be able to do my homework on it, and i have worked out a way to do that in every respect with the docstogo app from dataviz, except headers and footers. I am in advanced english so my work has to be in mla format, which requires headers and footers. does anybody know how to put headers and footers and this app, or any way of generating a word document with all the stuff like headers and footers and margins and all that? i just need a way to generate mla on a android powered tablet. All help and ideas will help.
