I juke puked up 4 week?? old macarnoi shells?

I had a bit much to drink and was sick and was suprised to see macaroni shells, disgusting i know, but i was a bit concerned as i can't even remember how long ago it was sicne i had macaroni, myabe 4 weeks, maybe more. In fact it should be more than 4 weeks, shouldn't they have broken down by now??
