Would i be a good safety for freshmen football?

So i weigh 150, run my 40 yard dash at 4.9, i want to get 4.7 or less for next year, i have very good balance so i am able to juke, i'm decent at jumping, i can bench press 150+ (my goal is 200) and i also want to weigh 160. and I LOVE TO HIT PEOPLE. I also really want to be a running back too, please give feedback.
