How do I become a better running back?

Elusiveness, and Vision/Future Vision (what you're going to do after your next 2 steps) are hard to teach/learn. 99% of the Great NFL Running Backs were born with that. It's like programmed into people. The same way some people can throw a football 70 yards and others cant throw past 30. But to give it a go, the best practice would be actually playing the game. Even playing flag football because you HAVE to be elusive in flag. Besides that the only thing I can think of that would help maybe a little would be cone drills.
